Experts in abductions say there is good reason for the silence.
‘The secrecy, or the silence, is beneficial only because every element of information that goes out should be very measured,’ said former FBI agent Bob Scigalski.
I can only find one story on Jeffrey Ake, and it is conspicuous only in the absence of information about the man’s status.
I’m not sure why the experts say not talking about Jeffrey Ake “is beneficial.” Apparently they understand things about psychology that are beyond me. Perhaps it has something to do with the incredibly short attention span of the American public. The fact that 90% of us seem prone to bursts of incredible energy followed by long periods of intense apathy could work to the advantage of Jeffrey, I suppose, if you believe in the power of retarded logic.
Maybe we should put Al-Libbi on TV and threaten to saw off his head if Jeffrey Ake is not returned safely. Oh, never mind, I forgot that we’re not animals.
Do the terrorists just sit on the guy until we start talking about him again and then dramatically saw off his head on TV to further their cause? Haven’t they figured out by now that a percentage of us over here are simply going to become more and more enraged by such acts of senseless barbarity? Every kidnapping, every act of purely evil murder, every American killed only makes the situation worse for the sons of Satan who think that holding a man down and removing his head while he begs for life is the way to win concessions and a ticket to eternal glory.
A quick death is the only mercy you should expect, a mercy you’re so subhuman you cannot grant it yourselves because you live and think like animals. You have no civility, no redeeming values and I wish only for each of you to have your existence snuffed out so that you cannot continue your evil.
Jeffrey Ake, I hope that you make it out alive, wherever you are. I also hope that others learn to take better precautions so that the disgusting apes who have captured you are extinguished before they can repeat themselves.
All you experts in abductions, I would love to know what the “good reasons for the silence are.” Please share your wisdom, Bob Scigalski, and the rest of the FBI is welcome to weigh in too. Why should we avoid discussing Jeffrey Ake? How will it help him out of the situation he is in?
